Grunau worked closely with the design engineers and construction manager on the renovation of this Historic Theater. We assisted in the project design for the HVAC system, especially working around historic building features, existing constraints, and maintaining considerations for the high level of acoustical design. Grunau also provided numerous alternatives to assist in cost saving measures while maintaining other design requirements. Upon completion of the initial renovation and installation, Grunau was awarded a service contract to maintain the HVAC and temperature controls at this facility.
